Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We provide comprehensive EAP services to multinational corporations, local companies, and educational institutions, all from our three offices in Thong Teck Building on Scotts Road. Each Employee Assistance Program is custom-designed to suit the unique needs of the scenario in question, and then executed with the highest possible degree of care, empathy, and attention.

  Emotional Support

Our exceptionally experienced team of professional counsellors and psychologists is available to provide guidance and support for all types of challenges, whether professional or personal, to prioritize and maintain employees' emotional, physical, and overall health. Our areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Anxiety & Depression, Stress & Burnout, Relationship & Marital Challenges, Anger Management, Addictions, Self Harm & Suicide, Sexual & other forms of Harassment, Job-related Issues, and Work-life Balance. Addressing these challenges enables employees to be happier and healthier at work, as well as at home.

  Wellness Support

Each part of our full suite of Wellness Support Services can be implemented individually or in combination for a uniquely customised workplace solution. We cultivate awareness, resilience, and sustainability within the organisation through programmes such as:

  • Interactive Sessions

Some of the topics that we cover include Mental Wellness, Balancing Work & Personal Commitments, Managing Stress, Identifying and Dealing with Depression, Coping with Pre- and Postnatal Depression, and Effective Communication.

We also employ an in-house nutritionist who takes a holistic approach to health, taking into consideration factors such as biochemistry, diet, and mental health, who is available to provide information and support on both group and individual bases.

  HR Support

To assist HR departments to fulfil their responsibilities to their employees, our experts provide numerous services that include: training on various important topics for managers and employees, as well as consulting services for when a fresh perspective is needed on employee wellbeing, work-life strategy, and outcome measurement, among many others.

  Critical Incident Support

Through our critical incident services, we work tirelessly to eliminate the suffering caused by traumatic events in the workplace. Our team is readily available to offer emotional, practical, and physical support in times of crisis. These services may include face-to-face counselling, structured telephonic counselling, on-site support, and provision of expert references for legal and other needs.

  Administrative Support

Finally, we guarantee the confidentiality and convenience required for effective EAP. Administrative support is available on all 7 days-a-week.

Our clinical staff is available 7 days-a-week, from 8 am to 9 pm (and sometimes till 10 pm). We schedule and confirm appointments in as fast as 24 hours, and offer flexibility to have sessions face-to-face, via video chat, or over the phone.
