Bolor is a certified coach holding a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University, Australia. Before joining SACAC, Bolor worked in private practice with children, adolescents, and adults on various issues including depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, work-life balance, career coaching, parenting, and relationships.
Bolor's approach blends humanistic, experiential, and emotion-focused methods to build deep rapport with clients. She employs evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), tailoring her approach to each individual. Her coaching background adds a solution-focused dimension, guiding clients to leverage their strengths and conquer challenges, especially in parenting and work-life balance.
Whether counselling or coaching, Bolor empowers clients to navigate their paths, surmount obstacles, and achieve their goals. Her impact extends beyond her practice, evident through her involvement as a co-founder and Board member of the Lorinet Foundation, aiding underprivileged children and youth in Mongolia. Bolor is a dedicated agent of positive transformation, driven by empathy, expertise, and a commitment to improving lives.
Bolor's personal journey, marked by resilience and achievement, fuels her empathy and insight. Having weathered transformative experiences during political upheaval in her native Mongolia in her teens, she's acutely attuned to the challenges faced by today's youth amidst issues like climate change, social inequality, and political polarisation.
Fluent in Mongolian, English, and French, and proficient in Russian, Bolor's international voyage through London, Geneva, and Singapore enriches her understanding of change, cultural adaptation, and resilience.
